SAN FRANCISCO SEMINARY, SAN ANSELMO, CA
[ Link to Master Plan Amendment
& Design Review ]
HartWest prepared the first comprehensive business plan covering the 50-plus properties of the San Francisco Theological Seminary in its 120-year history. This led to a new Master Plan to address modern environmental standards, economic considerations and trends in theological education. The Business Plan was approved by the Seminary Trustees in 2009 and the Town of San Anselmo unanimously approved our Master Plan in March 2012. The Town approved our Design Review plans for a Student Village, Faculty Row and Maintenance Facility in July of 2013. Implementation of the plans will allow the Seminary to showcase a new architectural style based on its long tradition, while providing drainage solutions that exceed Town requirements. Construction under our direction is now complete.
