When the San Francisco Theological Seminary needed to thoroughly update one of the great Victorian homes on Bolinas Avenue in San Anselmo, CA, they came to HartMarin for complete services.  From development programming to design to construction management, HartMarin acted as contract developer to bring this vintage 1890s manse up to modern standards.  Using the California Historic Building Code for the very first time in San Anselmo, we added a new foundation, created master suites on the first and second floors, upgraded mechanical systems and installed our proprietary HartWest Temperature Balancing System.
