When the San Francisco Theological Seminary needed to thoroughly update one of its Art Deco 21-unit dormitory apartment buildings in San Anselmo, CA, they came to HartMarin for complete services.  From initial development programming through construction management, HartMarin is acting as contract developer to bring this vintage 1930s concrete structure up to modern standards.  We are adding a comprehensive package of life-safety systems, upgrading all mechanical systems and converting some of the small one-bedroom units to spacious two-bedroom apartments.
