Rob Hart managed the planning, architecture, engineering, approvals and construction of the first phase of this 219-unit planned resort community on 25 acres. The project included a 60-unit waterfront condominium hotel, a marina, restaurants, residential and commercial uses as well as parking lots and light-marine industrial uses. Rob created the development program and design concept that generated this successful condo-tel.
