The Master Plan for the San Francisco Theological Seminary is 20 years old; and while much of it still applies today, there are new environmental standards, economic considerations and trends in theological education. The Seminary has hired HartMarin to evaluate their land holdings and update their Master Plan to meet current conditions. This has been a collaborative process resulting in a comprehensive plan that allows the Seminary to prosper while providing community benefits, respecting the environment and meeting all current Town regulations. Most importantly, the updated plan does not have any significant impact on neighborhood traffic conditions.
The Master Plan Amendment has been submitted to the Town, deemed complete and is now under evaluation. For more information, please click on the link below
